This rule is written to circumvent that requirement. Brokers, hedge funds and the like have acquired debts they do not (or cannot) want to pay. A perfect example is Citadel owing (per their 2021 statement) over $65 billion in securities sold, not yet purchased, at fair value.

As a retail i am not allowed to do such things .
USA market with retails order going through darkpools is actualy a joke .

they screw it and now they have to buyback nake short counterfeit share .

NO we don't accept rules that will let them avoid that .
we invest in the market respecting the rules and they have to respect the rules too

Let AMC GME and other run : ban darkpools for a week just to see ?
force them to cover the billions IOU ?

General speaking : DO SOMETHING and protect RETAILS we invest at our own risk and it is ok but when market makers are hedge funds and are the same whiwh collect retail order via PFOF : when do you think this is a big collusion and federal crime ?

PLEASE ACT for retails and stop those criminals .
