I am Terry Hogan , and I believe SR-NSCC-2022-003 should be REJECTED. This would give an unfair advantage to Bad actors , hedge funds , and market makers . All FTDs would basically be able to be a can kicked down the road , and never be held accountable. Its completely ridiculous that this is even allowed to be proposed , when everyone knows the mess that folks like MELVIN CAPITAL have made for themselves , their investors , and the market More lending and even less accountability is just EXACTLY what the SEC should be stopping . Its absolutely appalling this is even up for debate As an investor and United States Tax Payer , I absolutely demand the SEC and its commissioner take action immediately, and stop this terrible proposal now in its tracks .
