-As a young, retail investor, I vehemently oppose these rule changes, as it gives even more power to the big players in an investing world that is already heavily in favor of such players. This rule change will allow for even more loopholes to be exploited by large hedge funds to hide their crime and shady business practices and leaves retail investors even more powerless. This is a serious undermining of fair markets, and will only decrease the confidence of small and good-faith investors in the free market. Thank you for your time.
