This rule bothers me. This rule bothers me because of the transparent intentions behind it. I'm sorry that our country's financial health has been built on fraud for the past 20 years guys. It's a real bum deal. But that doesn't mean we should put in new laws to further protect the fraudsters' interests. If this law is passed by the SEC then it will be full confirmation that at no point has the SEC been concerned with the welfare of the average american citizen, only the wealthy and the powerful.
