The creation of the Securities Transaction Clearing Services is another weapon large banks and Market Makers can use to hide their activity and manipulate the markets. It is clearly against an open and transparent market and is downright unamerican. This rule will make it more difficult for small time investors to participate in the market and maintain confidence in US financial systems.
