My comment:
I'm very disappointed that this rule is being proposed, as it is clear that the market already lacks a ton of transparency and accountability for large institutions. In my eyes, this rule gives large institutions a free pass to continue their reckless and economically damaging behavior. It is incredibly disheartening to see rules like this proposed and I hope you'll consider my words as a retail investor. I've been making a point to educate myself in the state of the market and the underlying mechanisms that govern it and unless fairness is restored, I won't be participating in the future.
