I do not support this. Only feels like it is to help big entities have more power to manipulate and influence markets. Its bad enough already. We need rules that are for a free and transparent market, we need more regulation, harsher penalties, tighter settlements, more transparency, and stop supporting the big banks, abusive market makers, and stop letting them run this like a ponzie scheme where you just take your cut from the crime in way of a fine Oops I meant to say charge them a minimal fine for breaking the rules.
