I strongly oppose the enactment of this rule since it allows abuse and lack of transparency with the market. This rule would allow the Hedge funds and market maker to keep outstanding naked shorts forever. This violates the free market principles. Again, I strongly oppose enactment of this rule. The open exchanges should have equal footing and this would crush the retail investor. Again, I strongly oppose this rule.
