To whom it may concern: Having read over 2022-003 pages 6-10 are of great concern. The fire sale provisions that protect the borrower needs to be removed from this text. The parties that are involved in trading are well aware of the risks involved and need to take calculated actions to prevent themselves from becoming liquidated. Retail carries these liabilities all parties need to be on the same playing field.
