This does not help for a more transparent market and actually rewards or helps institutional investors out of risky bad bet. How does this help with the massive inflation and inequality of wealth that has been going on. We The people can see this and we are not stupid. All this will help hide bad bets and maneuver out and drop bags on retail since they are privy to better information anyway. This shouldn't have been proposed. It should have been tossed in the garbage after a good chuckle. Get it together and do your job.
