The market is already so obfuscated and full of loop holes and tactics for big cheaters to prosper on the fleecing of individual retail investors. How is negating the risk to short selling and rolling over FTDs good for anyone in the market other than than thieves? What happened to fair price discovery? This proposed rule is yet another slap in the face for the everyday citizens. It failed twice already. Shame on everyone involved in the efforts to keep getting this slime passed.
