The market is already over complex to where many fraudulent activities are hidden behind many layers and layers of \"rules\".
This proposal is further expanding on this complexity in order to save institutional bad bets that'll yet again collapse our financial system.
Predatory Shorting and especially Naked shorting should be more transparent as this is not what the free market is supposed to be playing around with.
Many retail understand the situation now and does not want more complexity. Remove this proposal.
