Comment for rule: SR-NSCC-2021-803 Link: https://www.sec.gov/rules/sro/nscc-an/nscc-an-archive/nscc-an-archive2021.htm#SR-NSCC-2021-803 I am not for this rule. Implementing a service to avoid obligations of FTDs, naked shorts, etc. These SFTs create the ability for market players to not fulfill obligation of settling securities at market rates and use origination rates instead. This detrimental to the free market price discovery mechanism that makes the USA the financial capital of the world. This is not progress & this rule has no place being implemented.
