These rules are crafted in such a way no real investor can understand. This is non-sense. This new filing is nothing more than a vehicle for people to create MORE phantom shares Enough is enough. This rule has no real implications other than to let bad actors keep being bad actors...in fact it doesn't just allow them, it helps them Please DO NOT allow this to pass.
