Transparency and simplification is for the best in the markets and this rule promotes both. Small investors typically have very little confidence in the integrity of the regulatory systems that govern the stock markets and this rule tightening liquidity requirements is a step toward remedying this lack of investor confidence.

Market makers should never have been allowed to \"game\" Supplemental Liquidity Deposits by only being held accountable monthly when options expire. By requiring accountability on a daily basis, it better ensures that major market participants are not making bets with money they do not have, and reduces risks in the market.

Please enact, enforce, and sanction violators.

Thank you.
