To whomever it may concern,
I truly feel that the implication of SR-NSCC-2021-801 is essential to the future of our economy. The past and current actions of some market participants is extremely worrying and I belive the passing of SR-NSCC-2021-801 will greatly ease some of the tensions in the current market and help prevent past mistakes from happening again. Again I strongly support this rule change
