To whom it may concern,
I wanted to leave a comment in support of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I am in full support of SR-NSCC-2021-801, and hope that the SEC also looks upon it favorably. My hope is that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded.
While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction.
