I believe the passing of File No. SR-NSCC-2021-801 to be absolutely necessary for the health and well being the American and potentially the world economy. We must take legislative action against those illegally naked shorting companies. This is an evil practice by which functioning companies are driven in to bankruptcy to benefit a very select few. These companies employ American citizens. One cannot justify this practice while expressing to have the best interest for the country and its business owners. This is the job you hired for. I exhort you to do it.
