To whom it may concern:
I'm writing to express my approval of this regulation and my desire to see it implemented immediately. As an investor in the US stock market, I have been personally affected in a negative way by practices of other entities that exploit weaknesses and loopholes in the system. I believe this regulation will be an important step in punishing the bad actors to provide a fair and free market for all investors.
