To whom it may concern,
I am in full support of this regulation as well as the transparency it will afford the members participating in the DTCC. This is most certainly a step in the right direction to bring back freedom and accountability in the United States' market. This rule will not only aid the retail investor, but will also aid in restoring a healthy economy that is welly regulated.
