To whom it may concern,
In the interest of time I would like to express plainly that the proposed aforementioned companion amendment to DTC-003 is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions. This is critical in a fair and just society. I hope justice can be served to those who have for so long avoided the repercussions of their actions.
