I fully support regulation SR-NSCC-2021-801 in the interest of making the market a fair place to trade for all investors and to hold those investors who manipulate the system accountable for their actions. I believe if something is not done to curb the manipulation, there will be dire results for all, such as we saw in 2008. Please approve SR-NSCC-2021-801.
