I am in full support of this regulation. I know that there are many eyes, from both retail and the media, focused on the approval of this regulation. I hope the SEC takes this step to help provide transparency within the American financial system. The hope is that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. Without regulation changes like this, I fear the international community will lose faith in the US Stock Market as anything but a \"rigged\" system with the fox ruling the henhouse.
