I will keep this short. I am completely in favor of NS-NSCC-2021 801. As a retail investor in a free market I cannot believe the back door naked shorts, black pool share creation along with the trading between funds to drive down stocks and ultimately forcing American business into bankruptcy. Selling of nonexistent stock needs to stop. Transparency needs to be top priority and daily share covering should be in place. Stiffer penalties need to be placed on these funds who cant cover the FTD.
