As a retail investor interested in NSCC-2021-801, I believe it is critical that I express my thoughts on the matter.
I specifically support these initiatives, as well as related efforts, to ensure greater transparency, price discovery performance, and good faith regulatory enforcement by all market participants.
To reduce risk in the increasingly democratized retail investment market, good faith price discovery and transparent access to publicly available information are critical.
The SEC should move as quickly as possible to approve and activate NSCC-2021-801.
