For the consideration of the SEC,
I fully support this regulation and hope those at the SEC look upon it favorably. I believe in the promotion of a more free and fair market and feel that certain individuals and organizations have, currently and in the past, not been held accountable for their actions. This is a great step toward creating more liability for bad faith individuals in our market and I truly hope it comes to fruition.
