I strongly urge you to pass SR-NSCC-2021-801 as it is the right thing to do and a step in the right direction. I have fully reviewed and approve ruling SR-NSCC-2021-801. I am in full support of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe this would be a positive change that will help create more transparency and trust in the stock market.
There are certain parties such as hedge funds that are misusing the system, to their benefit, to manipulate the market and destabilize it for their profit. This can be seen as a threat to our national security as well as turn away young investors such as myself.
These bad actors should not be able to act unchecked and their short positions should be viewable to all and not allowed without heavy penalties.
