Capitalism is a great system, only when overseen by great and honorable people. It is a tool by which the masses can lift themselves from poverty through knowledge, and risk. It is a mechanism that has allowed great redistribution when the system is safeguarded by stewards that can hold institutions to a contract of fiscal morality. I ask you, the SEC to do your due diligence and provide that stewardship. Past financial crises have ravaged our economic balance and shifted advantage to heritage wealth and financial institutions. I ask that this rule be passed so that we all may play on the leveled field of Capitalism. Thank you for your time.
