Good day,
I am writing in regards to rule SR-NSCC-2021-801. As a personal shareholder in specific stocks that have been heavily shorted I believe that this ruling must be STRONGLY considered and passed as soon as possible.
These hedgefunds have taken advantage of a pandemic situation that the world has been thrown into and fortunately because of retail investors like us we were able to save the companies that we all love and believe in. These companies were all suffering financially during the pandemic but this is a clear sign on kicking someone while they are down by the hedgefunds. They are heartless and millions of people are fed up of their MANIPULATIVE games and their plans to force companies into bankruptcy just to avoid paying taxes.
We need a change and rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 will allow that change to happen for the good. I believe that the SEC has good intentions well here is an opportunity to prove that to the world.
