I am quite aware of the market manipulation seen by financial managers and hedge funds. Due to this I am inclined to propose the passing of this. As a retail investor It appalls me that individuals wealthier than the common person are not held to the same standard as the rest of us. Please consider this as a proposal to go ahead and pass this.
