This rule needs to be passed. Blatant naked shorting going on with AMC stock and people need to be held responsible for the stocks theyve failed to deliver. The manipulation has gotten out of hand. Every rule we can possibly pass to create more transparency with hedge funds will create a better market. The abuse has to stop.
