I am a beginner in the field of stocks , but I have learned enough to know that hedge fund companies are exploiting loopholes and participating in illegal activities that retail investors cannot compete with.
I believe this new rule SR-NSCC-2021-801 will level the playing field for all investors and in turn make the market less volitile. Thanks for all that you do and please do the right thing and pass this rule and any others affiliated with it.
