I believe that our national economic recovery and future depends upon on the approval as well as the enforcement of this regulation. It is evident that pervasive naked selling has flooded the market to the extent of deteriorating the economic progress that has been made amidst an ongoing pandemic.
Furthermore, bond investment concerns will continue if this is not passed and enforced, as bond interest depends upon economic strength. As a concerned citizen, I support this notion.
