To whom it may concern,
I enthusiastically support the the proposed amendment to DTC-003. It promotes transparency towards a free and fair market where retail investors who don't have the massive resources of money makers and hedge funds to trade on a level ground. Importantly, it holds person(s) accountable for their actions thus dissuading nefarious activities on part of hedge funds (who hold the financial interests of a minuscule proportion of the population) that potentially threaten the market and by extension the financial futures of millions of Americans.
