Thank you for the opportunity to allow citizens to comment and take part in the shaping of the most key pillar of our society. If passed, SR-NSCC-2021-801 can bring desperately needed, and frankly negligently overdue, accountability to keep those who have so abhorrently abused the financial system and markets to their own advantage from EVER doing so again. This rule, I believe, is a step in giving even an ounce of power and weight to the retail investor. This is a step in the right direction to turn a new page and show the American voices are heard and their interests are at top of mind. Please, I implore you - cement this into history.
