As an individual investor with positions that SR-NSCC-2021-801 will have significant effects over, I would like to give my full support for the approval of this filing. I believe this filing is one of the many steps required for the reconstruction of the market and the restoration of its integrity. Currently as it stands, there is an immense amount of evidence to support the theory that market manipulation and criminal activity has plagued the US and global markets for decades. My hope is that from this filing comes many more filings that prohibit illegal practices that have been commonly conducted by larger investing parties (I.e. Hedge Funds).
