To whom it may concern,
I will keep it brief. The proposed aforementioned companion amendment to DTC-003 is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions.
Hedge funds are openly manipulating the markets and stealing from retail investors. This must stop if you want retail investors to continue to invest. It must be fair for all.
