I am a firm believer that the 801 should be passed and enacted immediately. I have been a small time investor for a while and use the markets to build a retirement one day. There should not be any company or individual alike who has the power to manipulate and fraud the markets. This is the same behavior that made the crash of 2008 happen and lowered the trust of the American economy for millions of hard working Americans.
I have the utmost respect for the SEC and what you have accomplished so far and hope you will pass this to continue to faithfully regulate the market economy.
