Dear Sir, Madam,
In these strange times it is needed that we have a system in place that not only audits but also give repercussions that incentivize good behavior.
If there is a case of misbehavior, and there clearly is, than there should be accountability.
This will not only help with that but prevents a bigger storm from forming.
Hoping that the USA Stock and Bonds market will become a fair playing ground again where manipulation is not allowed but also isn't fined in such a way that it is the costs of doing business. When you are paying of any laws as the cost of doing business, that... that is just a mechanism so that people with money can cheat.
A transfer mechanism for wealth to those who already have it and don't deserve to get it if they aren't doing it fairly and ethically.
