I am strongly for the proposed rule change regarding sr-nscc-2021-801.
As a foreign investor observing the things that has happend in the stock market after my opinion and research, i will think twice again to invest in the us stock market.
Naked shorting and ladder attacks from hedgefunds and market makers is market manipulation and not a free market.
Overleveraging and taking to much risk on behalf of the us and the goverment, knowing they will be bailed out, should have consequences.
Dark pools, naked shorting, hiding ftds and other relevant data is not transparent.
This should not be allowed.
