I would like to express my sincerest support for the proposed rule change. It is paramount in a free world that those who abuse it are held accountable. This rule seemingly provides regulatory bodies with more tools and, combined with other recent rulings, information to enhance both the liquidity and fairness of the free market. I place my full support into the proposed change and would encourage others to consider who would be opposed to such a scenario.
