As an individual investor, I strongly support the ratification of SR-NSCC-2021-801. I believe that this rule will strengthen the oversight that can be provided by the DTCC and/or components of the NSCC. It is of utmost importance to ensure that members are keeping accurate accounts of their trading actions in order to provide better transparency and reduce the possibilities for bad actors to trade unethically.
