As an investor who has been affected by the stock market recently, I feel that this rule should be implemented ASAP. Market manipulation has and will continue to hurt many retail investors if nothing is done. It has been exposed, and we can all see it. The integrity of the US market is at stake, as well as the SECs. If some wrongdoing takes place and you guys do nothing, trust will be lost. Do the right thing. This issue will not be lost to all those who know of it, unless it is fixed.
