I am in full support of this regulation. I hope that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. This regulation is a step in the right direction. After all, PROFESSIONAL investors should not be investing recklessly with stocks they don't own, with unlimited loss potential, only to bend and break rules such as hiding FTDs via options trading and ETFs when it fits them
