As a new retail investor it has become apparent to me that there needs to be more transparency in this free market to save it in the future otherwise the next generation of investors will be put off and invest in other unregulated markets which seem somehow a better investment.
Implementing this rule would hopefully put an end to the aggressive tactics of shorting a company to bankruptcy, the whole failure to deliver fiasco and the creation of shares that shouldnt exist
