To whom it may concern,
I will keep it brief. The proposed aforementioned companion amendment to DTC-003 is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions, which is a new concept for some but one that needs to be introduced before unethical and illegal practices disrupt our economy and send us into another depression.
There is no reasonable argument against this amendment.
