I'm not sure why this wasn't a thing in the first place. I somehow still have faith in the SEC even after 2008, and even ignoring the fact that people can work at investment firms after they retire. I think everyone in the room, both sides included, knows exactly what is on the line. You work for the me, and the people, even if the fund I control is not as much as the minority interest in this situation. Please try to remember that simple fact this country was founded on.
