To whom it may concern
I fully support this purposed rule change.
I believe a lot of Americans work very hard for there money and leveling the playing field would be helpful. I believe if this rule and other proposed rules need to be implemented quickly, as the Integrity of our country, the value of our dollar, and the confidence of the world financial system are all at stake.
