To whom it may concern,
I fully support this proposed rule change.
There is too much information and data available to refute the fact that market manipulation has been happening and will continue to happen if the rules are not changed to protect investors. We work hard and invest with the hope of having an even playing field.
If this and other proposed rule changes are not implemented quickly, there is mounting evidence another market meltdown could be manipulated into taking effect. The integrity of our country, the value of the dollar, and the confidence of the world financial system are all at stake.
