Hello, this is my first time participating in this kind of forum. I have recently started investing.
Please pass this rule. I have been through three national /global financial crisises in my life (I'm under 45 years old)
I feel very strongly this rule will mitigate the impact of a fourth and possibly prevent a fifth.
